Wild Odyssey Yoga

Step away from the rush of everyday life and reconnect with yourself in nature. This unique experience blends gentle yoga, mindful breathing, and guided meditation with the grounding presence of horses.

Begin with a short introduction to the horses to help you feel at ease around them. Then, move into a slow yoga practice outdoors, focusing on breath awareness and mindful movement. The horses are free to graze and wander nearby, bringing a calm, grounding energy that deepens the practice.

After yoga, settle into a short guided meditation — inviting stillness, reflection, and connection with the natural world around you.

No prior yoga or horse experience is needed. The session is designed to be accessible for all levels, leaving you refreshed, centered, and deeply relaxed.
